Join Us for Israel 2011

Heidi and I visited Israel for the first time in 2007. It was a life changing experience for us. There is something indelibly impacting that happens when one is able to visit the actual places where the events of the Bible took place. The Word of God and the message of the Bible came alive like never before.  As a life-long student of the Bible, the Bible went from two-dimensional books to a three-dimensional perspective.
Overlooking the Old City
Ever since that trip, we have looked forward to going back.

Heidi’s mother, Linda, lived in Israel for most of the last ten years of her life (just outside of Bethlehem. She served there as a missionary. Two years ago she was coming home to visit us for Christmas, when she suffered a heart attack. She ended up going to be with the Lord on December 15th, 2009. We have always felt a close personal connection to Israel because of her impact on our lives.

Faith Center had a tentative trip to Israel planned for early 2010. Because of the pastoral transition that took place at that time, the trip was cancelled.

At last, in 2011, we will be going! Mark your calendars now for the trip August 30-September 8, 2011. The price is $3200/person. We will have outstanding accommodations, great food, an air conditioned tour bus, an amazing tour, a great guide, a Bible study like none other, and a spiritual journey that you’ll never forget.

Informational meetings have been scheduled for February 13th and 27th at 4 p.m. at Faith Center. Please come with your questions.

I am praying that the Lord would call people to join us on the trip of a lifetime. I realize it is a big financial investment, but the Lord can meet that need.

Mark your calendar now. Register early if you know you’re going.

More information (including a down loadable registration form) is located on our tour website: http://www.pilgrimtours.com/groups/fcisrael.htm.
