Dear team:

Thank-you for coming to the meeting on Saturday night. I was excited to meet every one of you and believe that this is going to be a great team. Thank-you for your prayers and the step of faith that you are making. I believe the Lord will bless you for your sacrifice of time and money in order to be a part of this ministry team.

Here are a couple of important items:

It looks like we need to lock into our tickets right away. I am hesitant to reserve a ticket when they are non-refundable. Still, if we don't reserve tickets now, the prices may go up, and flights will also fill up.

Please let me know if we can in good faith reserve your tickets, if you haven't told me already. Payments will still be due as previously scheduled -- you just are now "committing" to being a part of this team.

For those of you that received assignments to learn more about the cities we are visiting, please remember to bring the reports to our next meeting.

It is now official that we will be going to Budapest, Hungary - rather than Romania. Tomorrow I will work on a revised itinerary based on our tickets and will post it on the "European Mission Trip" portion of my blog.

If new people register during the coming weeks, I am confident they will still be able to join our team, but their cost may rise. Continue to get the word out about this great ministr opportunity.

Our next team meeting will be on January 28th, following the Saturday night service -- in Room 203. Refreshments will be served and we will begin preparing for our trip. Applications and a $200 deposit is due then (by the 29th).

Please email me or call me if you have any questions!
